- Open Folded → Settings → Restore Purchases.
Family Sharing is enabled — household members share your unlock at no extra cost.

You never have to restore anything to try Folded. Writing entries is always free, and your first chapter is free to make and read — so you can feel whether it reads as you before paying anything. The one-time €8.99 unlock simply lifts the cap to unlimited chapters and lets you save and keep every one.
Your writing stays on your phone
Every entry and every chapter is made and kept on your device. There’s no account, no cloud of ours and nothing to sync — which also means there’s nothing for us to recover if you delete it. If you ever want a clean slate, Settings has a “delete everything” option, behind a clear confirm, that wipes it all instantly.
